In order to have the most effective trial period, we also help you select the best type and stage of cases to try out on the platform so that you are up and running with minimal effort.
At the end of the 30-day trial, simply roll on to whichever package suits you best.

We believe that you should only pay for what you actually use; we also know that case activity fluctuates throughout the dispute resolution process. As such, we are committed to a Fair Billing Policy and automatically detect whenever there is no activity on a case or user account for 14 days or more. Your account will be credited with funds for the unused time which you are then free to use as and when you need them.
