We are constantly looking at how to improve our existing platform and are always working on new features to make LitiGate even better. Which, by the way, we welcome your input on! Whenever we release new features, they will be added automatically to your account and you will be notified so that you don’t miss a thing.

What’s special about LitiGate’s AI?

LitiGate’s AI algorithms are built entirely in-house – we don’t work with anything off the shelf and are firmly at the forefront of what’s possible in the field of machine-learning. In fact, our AI team is so far ahead that there is no existing research to be found online which covers the groundbreaking work we are doing.

Our innovative AI starts by taking over the majority of manual tasks required when working on a case and goes all the way through to connecting the dots between the relevant data in your case and accurately matching it with past cases.

Taking your first steps with LitiGate

Do we need to install any special software to use LitiGate?

No. LitiGate is a cloud-based software that runs in your browser. All you need is a computer and an internet connection to access the platform.

Who will help me get started?

LitiGate offers in depth onboarding for all new users, which covers everything you need in order to move smoothly and quickly to the LitiGate platform. We then work closely with you to identify the relevant champions within your firm, as well as the specific cases and teams to help you maximise the benefits of LitiGate. 

Our dedicated team of litigation professionals understand your work deeply and are with you every step of the way, taking you from signup to setup to success.

What if we need additional training on the platform after our initial onboarding?

Our goal is to help you succeed; that means giving you everything you need to navigate the LitiGate platform effectively. 

If after your initial onboarding sessions you need any further guidance using LitiGate, we’ll do everything we can to get you up to speed and make sure you’re a pro at managing your cases on the platform.

As well as the LitiGate Help Centre, we also offer 1-on-1 sessions and conduct webinars on best practices using the platform.

Can we integrate our existing tools with LitiGate?

We know that many of our partners like to work with a variety of different tools that are already in use at their firm. As such, we are happy to work with you to pull information from your own database, or to look at how we can integrate with your existing tools. We have a dedicated development team devoted to tailoring LitiGate to your specific requirements, so let’s talk about it.

Do users have account managers?

Some eligible clients will qualify for a dedicated Customer Success Manager, but not all. These product experts guide users through their journey with LitiGate, understanding their business goals and helping them make the most of our platform in order to streamline operations, save time and ultimately, to provide their own clients with the highest level of legal services.

Does LitiGate offer technical support?

Always! Our dedicated support agents are here to make sure you get the most out of LitiGate. We work together with you to solve any and all technical issues that might arise. 

We also have an online Help Centre where you can find articles that are designed to guide you through our features, suggest best practices and ultimately, to answer any burning questions you might have.

How secure is the LitiGate platform?

We offer best-in-class security protocols to ensure your data is completely secure. We are a team of AI experts, data scientists, machine learning experts and lawyers…security is in our DNA! Our Onboarding Package provides answers to all the additional questions you might have about your security needs. 

We also offer enterprise customers a Single Sign On (SSO) to integrate the platform into their own security stack.

LitiGate is ISO 27001 certified.

Is LitiGate GDPR compliant?

Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant. You and your clients can rest easy knowing that privacy is taken very seriously at LitiGate.

Free Trial, Fair Billing
& Pricing Plans

How does the 30-day free trial work?

We want you to try before you buy, which is why we offer 30 days to experience all the amazing benefits that LitiGate can bring to your team totally free of charge. Trials mirror real casework as closely as possible, so that you get a true reflection of the product in action. In order to have the most effective trial period, we also help you select the best type and stage of cases to try out on the platform so that you are up and running with minimal effort. 

At the end of the 30-day trial, simply roll on to whichever package suits you best.

Do we have to pay for storage on LitiGate?

Storage is free on LitiGate.

Law firms today work with more data and from more locations than ever before, so having a robust cloud-storage solution is a must. At LitiGate, we don’t charge for this.

Instead of paying per gigabyte or per case, LitiGate offers unlimited storage for all your documents across all your cases.

What is Fair Billing?

We believe that you should only pay for what you actually use; we also know that case activity fluctuates throughout the dispute resolution process. As such, we are committed to a Fair Billing Policy and automatically detect whenever there is no activity on a case or user account for 14 days or more. 

Your account will be credited with funds for the unused time which you are then free to use as and when you need them.

Can I switch pricing plans?

Yes, switching plans is not a problem. We want you to feel comfortable finding the right one for you without being locked into a specific plan.

What if none of the pricing plans are the right fit for my team?

While we hope you find what you are looking for in our existing pricing plans, we understand that sometimes a custom approach is needed. We know that your business is unique and so we are ready to discuss pricing models and packages that are specifically tailored to your needs.
