Solution Engineer

LitiGate is an AI company in the legal tech space. LitiGate was created for litigators, empowering them to deliver faster legal services at less cost and improved accuracy.

As a solution engineer, you will be part of the product team. You will work with leading global law firms and manage their onboarding process to the LitiGate’s platform. In addition, you’ll be required to provide technical support throughout the process and lead support the evolution of the platform in an agile environment. 

We are looking for a motivated team player, who likes to take ownership of projects and can thrive in a challenging technical environment. You need to be curious, passionate about what you do, and eager to learn, and have the initiatives to make things better.

The job:

  • Be the go-to technical resource to support clients 
  • Work closely with Product & R&D to manage client’s expectations and requirements 
  • Designing the onboarding process for customers
  • Provide feedback to the product and R&D teams to continuously improve the product.
  • Assisting customers in designing, planning, and implementing security best practices for the product.
  • Improving the technical documentation of the product
  • Providing post-implementation follow-ups

Your qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Pre/Post Sales Engineer/Technical Support Engineer/ Solutions Engineer/Technical project manager a must.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and high troubleshooting skills. 
  • Ability to actively drive and evaluate the technical evaluation stage of the sales process. 
  • Ability to manage projects from initial stage to delivery.  
  • Experience in supporting customers – an advantage 
  • Experience working with AI solutions – an advantage 
  • Proficiency in common API tools – an advantage. 
  • Can-do approach, A team player, high communication skills. 
  • Start-up experience -an advantage.
  • English – mother tongue grade a must.
