Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, you will be part of the Product team.You will work with leading global law firms and manage their onboarding to the platform. You’ll also provide technical support throughout the process and support the evolution of the platform in an agile environment.

We are looking for a motivated team player, who likes to take ownership of projects and can thrive in a challenging technical environment. You need to be curious, passionate about what you do, eager to learn, and have the initiative to make things better.

The Job:

  • Provide tier-1 support to assess and address any technical issues.
  • Influence product decisions by observing and analyzing user’s engagement and insights.
  • Provide feedback to the product and R&D teams to continuously improve the product.
  • Own our product knowledge base and update it on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify market needs and gaps.
  • Become the subject matter expert of LitiGates product and technology.
  • Evaluate AI outcomes and measure accuracy of results.

Your qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Product Analyst/Technical Support Engineer/Business Analyst.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and high troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage projects from initial stage to delivery.
  • Understanding of data and proficiency in common BI tools – an advantage
  • Experience working with AI solutions – an advantage
  • Can-do approach, A team player, high communication skills.
  • Start-up experience -an advantage
  • Experience in SQL – an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English
