Director of Sales & Customer Success

We’re leading the future of dispute solutions with groundbreaking case analysis tools, which allow litigation teams worldwide to move faster and provide better legal services to their clients.  

We are looking for a seasoned executive to join us and lead our sales team. The new director will be responsible for all revenue-generating processes within the company, from pre-sale, through onboarding to support and up-sell.

The job:

  • You will lead all sales and customer success initiatives in the company throughout our customer’s journey:
    • Establish the company’s sales and customer success strategy, team, and operations.
    • Ensure the growth of the company’s revenue-generating functions, performance, and establish both short-term results and long-term strategy.
    • Build and lead a world-class sales and success team:
      • Attract high potential individual contributors
      • Create a rapid onboarding process for new team members
      • Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle
    • Lead the customer-facing department in alignment with all other functions across the company to create a shared vision, strategy, and execution.
    • Drive revenue growth:
      • Develop a strategy for retention and growth of existing large client base, while also ensuring that the account executive team delivers quality service. 
      • Drive new business sales from lead to PO including full sales cycle, sales strategy, relationship building, and business negotiation 
      • Serve as an executive sponsor to drive higher close rates, account growth, improved performance, and accurate forecasting.
    • Develop and execute robust sales incentive plans, strategy selling, and management processes to support the business goals and strategy.
    • Make decisions based on data-driven reporting, dashboards, and tracking channels to provide actionable insights on service delivery.

Your qualifications:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in revenue-generating and customer-facing executive positions in SaaS organizations, ideally combined background of pre and post sale experience. 
  • You have vast experience in successfully taking customers from lead to PO, and you are able to implement your experience in unknown new markets, funnels, and products.
  • You are experienced in building well-oiled revenue-generating teams which deliver results efficiently and repeatedly. 
  • You are a very proactive self-starter, highly organized, and demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking.  
  • You are a customer-oriented person, with excellent communication and presentation skills which inspire both clients and team members. 
  • You have a strong b2b SaaS background with a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models, enterprise customers’ journeys and top-notch service. 
  • You are experienced in delivering cost-effective onboarding, training, and implementation operations, leading to high user engagement and retention.
  • Passion or exposure to legal practice is an advantage.
