Director of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing you will establish and lead every aspect of our growth marketing: from strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis, and optimization. We’re looking for a leader who will bring a strategic vision and innovative approach to build upon our lead generation efforts. They will define best-in-class demand generation techniques, digital strategies, field marketing and will optimize for results.

As Director of Marketing at LitiGate you will:


  • Develop and implement the growth marketing strategy for the entire company, including market segmentation and targeting, content, digital channels, partnerships, conferences, etc. 
  • Partner closely with product teams, sales, CS and other external functions to define and lead growth initiatives that drive acquisition, expansion, retention, and referrals. 
  • Own and grow the LitiGate brand, conduct customer, market and competitive research to shape messaging, lead generation campaigns, and sales activities; as well as identify opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and own all marketing efforts to enable and accelerate the revenue growth with new and existing accounts, including solution sales decks, success stories, competitive positioning etc. 
  • Make decisions based on data-driven reporting, dashboards, and tracking channels to provide actionable insights on service delivery.
  • Measure and deliver on marketing KPIs. The role will be measured on MQLs and SQLs primarily with other KPIs such as cost per opportunity, website traffic and web conversions. 
  • Build and lead an ambitious and creative marketing team.

Your qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of B2B Saas product/solution marketing experience.
  • Proven outstanding abilities to translate customer needs and market demand into sharp and compelling messaging, content, sales tools, and campaigns to help us meet our business goals.
  • Track record of identifying and seizing growth opportunities through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and CS.
  • You are a passionate, proactive, self-starter with creative and critical thinking.  
  • You are a customer-oriented person, with excellent communication and presentation skills which inspire both clients and team members.
